Order Cancellation

Once your order is confirmed but before it is handed over to the delivery partner, you can request a cancellation without any hassle. After the product has been dispatched to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible, as the delivery process is already in progress.

Returns

If you receive a product and are not satisfied with it, you may return it directly to the delivery person at the time of delivery. Simply inform the delivery agent that you wish to return the product, and they will guide you through the process. This ensures that the return is simple, secure, and immediate.
